    Responsibilities:
    • Assist in planning, coordinating and implementing effective marketing programmed and strategies to meet Group's sales objectives
    • Assist in conducting market surveys to keep abreast of marketing trends and pricing
    • Liaise with advertising agencies to develop appropriate marketing collaterals in line with Group's marketing concepts
    • Assist in preparation of sales and marketing activities
    Requirements:
    • Minimum Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Marketing or equivalent
    • Minimum 2 year(s) of working experience in PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT INDUSTRY is required for this position
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Result driven and able to work with minimum supervision
    • Able to thrive in fast-paced and demanding environment
     

    Site / Project Manager

    Responsibilities:
    • Maintaining quality control procedures
    • Ensuring site safety by making safety inspection
    • Problem Solving
    • Sourcing materials
    • Checking and preparing reports for clients
    • Monitoring progress of the project
    • Liaising with clients or the client's representatives to update on progress
    • Keeping staff motivated and focussed
    • Work with responsibility and spontaneous
    Requirements:
    • Minimum 5 year(s) of working experience in relevant industry is required for this position
    • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Civil Structural & Building

    Accounting & Quantity Survey

    Responsibilities:
    • Implementing all aspects of QS service from pre to post contract
    • Perform contract administration, procurement, monthly cost reporting and tracking of on-going project
    • Preparation of interim valuation for main contractor and subcontractors as well as site valuation works
    • Liaison with consultants, contractors and authorities
    Requirements:
    • Minimum Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, in Quantity Survey or equivalent
    • Minimum 2 year(s) of working experience in relevent industry is required for this position
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Result driven and able to work with minimum supervision
    • Be willing to travel to outstation and work when required
