Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, coordinating and implementing effective marketing programmed and strategies to meet Group's sales objectives
- Assist in conducting market surveys to keep abreast of marketing trends and pricing
- Liaise with advertising agencies to develop appropriate marketing collaterals in line with Group's marketing concepts
- Assist in preparation of sales and marketing activities
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Marketing or equivalent
- Minimum 2 year(s) of working experience in PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT INDUSTRY is required for this position
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Result driven and able to work with minimum supervision

Site / Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining quality control procedures
- Ensuring site safety by making safety inspection
- Problem Solving
- Sourcing materials
- Checking and preparing reports for clients
- Monitoring progress of the project
- Liaising with clients or the client's representatives to update on progress
- Keeping staff motivated and focussed
- Work with responsibility and spontaneous
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 year(s) of working experience in relevant industry is required for this position
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Civil Structural & Building

Accounting & Quantity Survey
Responsibilities:
- Implementing all aspects of QS service from pre to post contract
- Perform contract administration, procurement, monthly cost reporting and tracking of on-going project
- Preparation of interim valuation for main contractor and subcontractors as well as site valuation works
- Liaison with consultants, contractors and authorities
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, in Quantity Survey or equivalent
- Minimum 2 year(s) of working experience in relevent industry is required for this position
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Result driven and able to work with minimum supervision
- Be willing to travel to outstation and work when required
